At Homeowners Real Estate I am able to list your property for sale on the market the same as every other agent out there and provide the same service all around (a lot of times better service actually in my opinion) except without the hefty price tag. My rate of 1.75% is exactly how to save money when selling your home. It translates to thousands of dollars in savings compared to a 2.5% or even 3% fee of a large franchise office. You still get your property listed on the MLS for all agents and their buyers to see, you still get professional photographer photos to showcase your listing including drone photos, video and virtual walkthroughs, you still get internet/social media advertisements, open houses, personal 1 on 1 consulting and advice from a well experienced agent, and general guidance and empathy throughout the entire process. And you don’t pay me a dime unless and until your home closes and even then you will keep more of the proceeds in your pocket because I only charged 1.75%!
